I am Heather, an American living in Gloucestershire since 2003. I first moved to England in 1991 and consider myself an Anglo-American. During a recent trip to Devon, I drove past several homemade signs offering eggs, cream and honey. I said to my companion, “all things good come from eggs, cream and honey.” I am the mother to four gorgeous children ranging from 22 years to 11 years. I continue to discover and learn every day throughout this journey and I hope to share some of those experiences here with you on my blog. Please read more about me and why I decided to blog at My Creative Journey Begins. If you would like to contact me directly by email, I can be reached at eggscreamhoney (at) gmail (dot) com. You can also find me on twitter on @eggscreamhoney or on Instagram as eggscreamhoney. I would love to hear from you!
Hi there, I am an Irish mom who recently moved the USA and very new to blogging. I just found your blog this morning, and happy I am for it . Your title says it all and I cannot wait to try out some of these tasty treats.

Hi Heather. I recently met your mom when she came back to Long Island for a visit with one of her school girl friends, Pam Raymond. She told me about your blog, and many of the recipes here look simply scrumptious. I love sweet confections even though now that I’m hypoglycemic, I really shouldn’t eat them any more. On occasion, my mom and I cook together, and make sugar-free recipes through tweaking sugar containing ones. We use stevia and agave nectar in place of honey and sugar. Today, we made a sugar-free pecan pie for my dad. It’s really going to be more like an egg pecan pie because we had to use egg whites instead of corn syrup and molasses. If it comes out any good, I might blog about it.
